Homeowner Services Coordinator

This position is responsible for handling all communication and applications for home ownership and repairs.  The person hired will need to have a Qualified Loan Originator (QLO) certification or pass the certification within the first three months of hire (training and testing provided at no charge by Habitat Tuscaloosa).  Credit check required for QLO certification.  Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field required.  5 years experience in similar non-profit work preferred.  Criminal background check, sex offender check, and drug screen required for chosen applicant.  Submit resume to ellen@habitattuscaloosa.org.

Lead Program Coordinator

This position is responsible for Habitat Tuscaloosa's management of the City of Tuscaloosa's Lead Remediation Program, processing applications, advertising bids for projects, and work closely with contractors and the City.  The person hired will need to have a Lead Remediator certification or pass the certification within the first three months of hire (training and testing provided at no charge by Habitat Tuscaloosa).  Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field required.  5 years experience in similar non-profit work preferred.  Criminal background check, sex offender check, and drug screen required for chosen applicant.  Submit resume to ellen@habitattuscaloosa.org.
