LouisiBama Gumbo Bowl

The LouisiBama Gumbo Bowl was held on November 5, 2011, during the annual showdown between the University of Alabama and Louisiana State University. The world's largest seafood gumbo was cooked in a 300-year-old cast iron pot by chefs John Folse and Rick Tramonto, with former Alabama football All-American and All-Pro Miami Dolphin Bob Baumhower and his executive chef, Steve Zucker.

All proceeds raised benefited Nick's Kids Fund, a major partner of Habitat for Humanity, and Caring Days Adult Daycare.
